Pedro has done a very impressive job in helping us sell the house. He was able to get the house presented in the best possible way and bring it to the market in less than 2 weeks (this was exceptional given the house was trashed by the tenant) after the we first met. He helped us get the house back in shape from cleaning, to landscaping and staging. He even personally went to home depot and bought the ranger, light bulbs, smoke detectors etc. to replace the old ones. He also helped take care of all other repairs which was a big release for us. He always promptly responded to all our emails and periods give us update via emails and phone calls. And most importantly, he knows how to market the house. As a result, the house was sold at above asking price on the first weekend of the open house. We highly recommend Pedro!
