Pedro seems to have a great knowledge of the local market, but we knew the area we wanted to look in so his skills were more useful in determining a good price to pay, a stellar inspection and research on the unit and building, and other specifics pertaining to the condo itself. Pedro’s communication skills are outstanding. I have worked with many agents over the years and he is one of the best. He is able to communicate all the ins and outs and small details of buying a property so thoroughly and efficiently that even a first time buyer would be in great hands with him. He really knows how to be a great realtor and really seems to care about his clients. For example, he is really responsiveness to clients needs, and questions. He is very intent on protecting his clients and making sure the property is the right property. Pedro a lot of dedication into his representation. Very professional and knowledgeable, always super helpful. Definitely puts in extra effort. A nice guy, very honest and straightforward. Not pushy whatsoever. I definitely would work with him again.

Pedro gave a 100% effort to help us buy and close effortlessly on our condo purchase. Since we were not able to physically be there, he took the time to video and comment on the various properties we were considering. When we were closing, he made it easy and efficient.
