Ruby is the consummate professional real estate agent! She has helped my wife buy and sell 2 houses as well as helping me to sell my house. I am also enlisting her help to sell my business in the Spring. Ruby is on top of EVERYTHING when you are selling or buying with her as your agent. She usually knows more about the status of the sale/purchase of your house than any of the lawyers or other people involved in the sale. Ruby is the only person my wife and I trust to represent us in a real estate sale/purchase--SHE IS SIMPLY THE BEST!! She is pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable and just an all around great person! The next time you need a real estate agent, call Ruby--you will GLAD you did!

Pearl was outstanding in finding us a buyer in a timely manner. Pearl is knowledgeable, responsive & dedicated to serving her clients effectively. I wouldn’t hesitate a second to work with Pearl again.

I think that I have already described my experience with Pearl and I can highly recommend Pearl to anyone who needs her market knowledge, communication and professionalism. She’s nice and kind too.

Ruby has gone above and beyond for all 3 of my transactions! She welcomed my family and I with open arms to the community. You will never have to wonder if your best interest is at heart while dealing with Ruby. I look forward to our next transaction!

Very accommodating & compassionate professional person always responding to my needs & concerns in a timely manner. Couldn’t have gotten into my dream home without Ruby’s patience & dedication.

Ruby is amazing ! she is a true professional and knows her stuff ! She helped us buy our dream home and went above and beyond helping connect us to lenders that were geared to our specific needs ! She is smart and a problem solver !!

It was a pleasure working with Ruby. Very experienced and knowledgeable about the the area and people. Great communicator and problem solver! As I was out of town we were able to do it all by email, text and phone.

We had a great experience with Ruby. She had the challenge with us as we had moved overseas and she helped oversea some of the work that we had aligned with her on to get done to the house prior to listing. Our biggest challenge was completing the work to hit the best selling period, but Ruby was able to move the house quickly even with late fall/early winter showings. Highly recommend Ruby!

Ruby was the sellers agent when I purchased my first Schoharie County property in 2018. I was immediately struck not only by her professionalism but by her personality. We immediately became friends and I have since used her as my buyers agent for other Schoharie County purchases where her responsiveness and professionalism facilitated seamless transactions. I have since recommended Ruby to both family and friends without hesitation. Whether you are looking to buy or sell you would be hard pressed to find a more personable, knowledgeable or dedicated professional to represent you.
