Totally Awesomely professional and courteous!!

Pearl was so patiently detailed in every way. She methodically explained the process of selling our home. She extended herself over and above the whole process making us feel at ease. Not once did we concern ourselves and was assured with confidence that everything was going as expected. We are happy we made the right choice! I have lived in Arcadia for 58 years

I have lived in Arcadia for 58 years. I did a lot of research trying to find the best real estate agent and I definitely made the right choice. Pearl Chen and her team Angus and Caroline sold my house above asking price during the global pandemic. The sale of the house felt like a miracle. They are knowledgable, hard workers, and very trustworthy. It was my first time ever selling a house and if I could give Pearl Chen and her team 100 stars I would.
