The sale of our home involved numerous challenging circumstances, yet Pearl was more than up to deliver to exceed our expectations! During the showing of our home, Pearl handily managed all of the open house showings, provided updates on comps along with sage suggestions about how to best price the home. We also encountered a last-minute requirement requiring comprehensive rework of our septic tank system...Pearl stepped-in to assist on our behalf even though we were miles removed from the residence (we relocated to Texas).
