Pearce and his staff are exceptional to work with, very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate market. We were from out-of-town with limited time available to house-search. We made one trip to the DFW metroplex and within 24 hours had a house under contract plus closing went smoothly within 30 days! Now that's what I call "taking care of business"!
