Hi, this review is late, not because of anything else but the fact that I was traveling and organizing family events. Even tho I was not physically there on the ground, and was nervous about making a real estate deal remotely, I had a Wonderfull experience buying my condo in Stamford because Pawel made it so!! He was flexible, patient and efficient. Even after the deal was closed Pawel was available whenever I called with questions and help. Pawel went above and beyond his professional obligation to make the whole transaction smooth, I would gladly recommend him to anyone!!

Selling a home was new to us. We had just bought a second home and needed to sell our start up home but knew little about being sellers. Pawel told us what to expect, provided suggestions and told us what the game plan was when it came to the marketing of the home. We basically approved pictures to be done on a Thursday, the home went up for sale Friday with an open house on Saturday and we had two offers by Sunday. Once we actually had details on the offers we had made a decision by that next Monday or Tuesday. There were things out of all our control but we were very pleased with how quickly we received offers and could move forward.

We had an amazing experience working with Pawel! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough; excellent communication and so personable! He truly made selling our home so much easier. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent!
