Excellent job from beginning to end thanks

Having worked with Pauline on several properties in the past, both buying and selling, we wouldn’t have considered anyone else. Not only is she knowledge in her field, but she also doesn’t let glitches trip her up. Let me explain. We decided it was time to start looking for a home here in Northern Berkshire County, as we had been living in Florida (the state, not the town) for the past 13 years, and we spent a considerable time searching through Zillow. Once we had a few homes we would like to see in person, Pauline set up opportunities to visit each of these homes, giving us as much time and background as we needed. We found a house that we believed to be a good fit. We made an offer, which involved some negotiation on the price. We knew it needed considerable work, but believed it to be mainly cosmetic. Upon having our home inspection many others problems became evident. We backed out of the deal. Within 48 hours, we found another house. This one was the real deal. It also needed plenty of cosmetic work, but the house was structurally sound, and we moved forward. Pauline was there every step of the way, and yesterday we closed on our new “forever home”. This whole situation could have been a nightmare had we not been guided and reassured by Pauline, along with Ruth and Deb, also from Steepleview. If you see considering buying OR selling a home, Pauline is your girl. She is professional and focused on the task at hand, but is also caring, compassionate, and generally fun to work with!
