Prior to changing stations I looked into buying a home in the area through Zillow- that site set me up with lender and agent. This first agent was highly unavailable and I felt like I was burdening him when I asked him to contact sellers and set up virtual walk-throughs. Lucky for me, when I expressed my housing challenges to my base sponsor she said she had just bought a house on Merritt Island and she highly recommended her realtors - the Tracy Team! From the moment I spoke with Todd and Paulina I knew I was in good hands and things felt more like they should when you're buying a house - like your input matters and that you will be taken care of. Based on my budget, favored living locations, and "must haves", Todd emailed me listings daily on a Keller Williams real estate search engine (much better than the free sites out there). When I saw a home I liked Todd offered to do virtual walk-throughs; he sent me video as my work schedule and our time-zone differences made live meetings difficult. These videos were crucial as they showed in-depth and honest analysis of each home I was interested in.
