Friends don’t let friends use anyone but Paulina if they live in the Bellingham, WA area.From our very first meeting to the final goodbye, Paulina took the reins and guided me through the entire process. She went above and beyond—acting almost like a contractor—scheduling tradespeople for minor repairs and landscaping. It saved me so much time, stress, and money. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Paulina and Jacson are the dream duo you want on your side to make it all happen. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I had all the excitement and worries that came with trying to purchase a house in this wild market. Our goals/criteria felt so specific and unattainable – lower-end budget; in a favorite hometown neighborhood; fingers crossed for two bathrooms; a second-story would be amazing; need some kind of yard for our pup; love older homes but can't currently afford major changes/remodel if required; etc. Coming to Paulina and Jacson with this list felt daunting, but thankfully, Paulina, who we primarily worked with throughout the process, was encouraging and real with us from the very start. Short story even shorter, my husband and I had an offer accepted on our dream home (criteria all met!) in just five days after meeting with Paulina!! Despite the insane speed of our process, Paulina didn't let a single detail fall flat. She handled our endless questions with ease; kept a constant line of communication open (now we text her fun house updates/accomplishments in our group chat); had phenomenal lender recommendations and maintained communication with the lender we selected; and even coordinated with electricians and plumbers to help with bids/negotiations. I keep thinking we were beyond lucky to experience such a smooth home-buying process, but really, this is just what Paulina does. 10/10 would recommend. 🫶

Paulina is the very best! When it was time to sell our house, I didn't even consider working with anyone else. She did an incredible job guiding us through the whole process and went above and beyond every step of the way. If you are lucky enough to have a chance to work with Paulina, go for it!
