When my father passed away, I needed to hire a realtor to help me sell his house. The house had been vacant for three years, and was in need of MANY repairs, so I knew it would be challenging to sell. Add the fact that I live on the east coast, and the house was in northern MN, and I was very concerned about how everything would go. Paulette kindly agreed to list the house for me, and after 6 months, and I don't know how many showings, she found a buyer. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Paulette. Her knowledge of the local market was extensive,and it showed in some of the innovative methods she used to list the house, i.e. MLS, Zillow, social media marketplaces, etc... She was always responsive to any question or request that I had, and communicated with me about everything in a timely manner.
