I wanted to write this review to express my sincere gratitude to Paulette for all her help. It was truly a pleasure working with her. Her knowledge of the real estate market and ability to find a home in a great neighborhood was thoughtfully executed. I especially appreciated the constant communication, which went above and beyond to ensure every step of the process was explained thoroughly. Having all the reports printed, bound and hand- delivered was a wonderful touch. She negotiated a good deal and saved me money on needed repairs. Even after the close of escrow, her continued help with questions and follow-ups has been invaluable. She is incredibly easy to talk to and always seem to have the answers immediately. I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a home to buy or sell. You certainly won't be disappointed.
