Paulette was very warm and friendly, but without being pushy which I find to be very very rare in real estate! Also, specializing in my area of interest was vital. Having her own iOS app was also impressive.. I am both a first time buyer and a very busy person.. I feel like almost any other agent would have given up on me or forgotten something.
