Paulette guided us through the most competitive housing market ever and never let us get discouraged. We are now happily in our dream home. She also listed our previous home and walked us through the pros and cons of offers to help us choose a great buyer. We HIGHLY recommend.

I am happy to be able to recommend Paulette Kreider as an outstanding agent. Paulette's experience, patience, wisdom, and responsiveness made me feel that I had a partner in the buying process. I had an extended timeframe as I decided where and when I wanted to buy, and this was no issue for Paulette. She made accommodations to fit my schedule for all the various appointments in the buying process. Paulette's remained in contact without being intrusive. I found it very easy working with Paulette and was glad her by my side.

I am a realtor myself and yet, I chose Paulette to sell my home. She is, and always has been, up front and honest. The type of person I trust and feel secure with her knowledge and work ethic. She cares about her people!

We are grateful to Paulette Kreider for handling the sale of our house in such a superior manner. She is skilled, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Her responses to questions are immediate, and explanations thorough. From day one we knew we were in good hands! Best of all, she helped us obtain top dollar for our home.

A pleasure to work with!

The title says it all. Paulette is an incredible realtor. She was on top of sending us listings, giving us perspective, and summarizing information to make the complicated stuff easy. 10/10 recommend.

Paulette is very knowledgeable about the Media area. Not only did she grow up there, she still lives in town. That personal knowledge helps her to assist buyers and sellers in the area.

We recently sold our house with Paulette because, after the experience we had buying another house with her a few years ago, we would never have thought of going anywhere else. Her insights about what we needed to do to get the house ready to list were fair and spot on, and our house sold on day one. Paulette is the epitome of tireless grace in these crazy times. She makes you feel like you’re her only client. She is totally proactive through every step of the process, and always has a kind ear to talk. But she is principled and honest, and won’t hesitate to relay any hard truths that must be told. Her integrity and depth of knowledge are surpassed only by the good will she has built in the real estate industry during her career. I never had an interaction with a law office or title company that didn’t start with, “Oh, we love Paulette!” Well, we’re “sold”! We do, too!

I had great experience with Paulette. Our home was sold in 48 hours. Everything went as smooth as I could have every expected.

We listed our home through Paulette and found her to be totally professional and responsive to our needs. She, and her husband Randy, carefully examined our home and determined its market value. We sold our home and settled on our planned timeline and we weren’t even needed to be at the settlement. Paulette called us once the settlement was complete and the funds were transferred while we were on our way to our new home. We couldn’t recommend anyone else over Paulette to represent you in your home sale or purchase.

I’ve now worked with Paulette on two sales and two purchases of my homes. She really knows the market as well as the in’s and out’s of all aspects of the transaction of buying and selling a home I highly recommend her!

Paulette has helped our family many times with selling property. Her knowledge of pricing and knowing people to help with repairs is incredible. I have recommended Paulette to anyone I know as a realtor.
