Honestly, I got into this with the intent to build a business that is proven to provide a service to others that allows them to residually increase their own wealth, have an asset of their own, and simply fulfilling their American dream of being a homeowner; their first, an upgrade/downgrade, an investment, or a relocation.
My previous role consisted of managing one of the world's most successful brands in Frisco and McKinney, Texas. This included creating a culture within the studio for the multiple fitness coaches and members . I did this through modeling the expectation, being present, providing feedback, and understanding my clients (members and employees) needs. They all had a why. My role was to deliver an experience that helped them achieve their goals and desires.
