Paulette’s Real Estate knowledge selling our 18 unit townhome development project Paulette did an amazing job preselling our 18 unit townhome development project. She created a great marketing plan including a great website and marketing materials, and evaluated the market to set the right prices. She was professional, understanding, knowledgeable and immensely helpful getting buyers through the build process. Setting up showings on a busy construction site is difficult but she was able to safely show the properties and explain the finish product and upgrade options in a very professional manner. Developing new construction through a pandemic was extremely difficult. Paulette navigated the difficulties well and was able to provide buyers with the information as the build process continued. She was able to get all units under contract prior to completion, managed 18 transactions time, and got all the contracts closed. I will Paulette in all my future developments!
