Paula sold us our lot nearly 10 years ago and when we decided to sell our custom built home we chose her without a second thought. I can’t, with written words, explain how difficult I can be, and how much I demand of people. I’m A LONG DAY. The sale of my very old house was a difficult journey, and Paula hung in with me every inch of the way. She did things that weren’t expected of her, much more than any realtor should have to do, and many things that aren’t even in the ballpark of “realtor” job description. I’m so grateful for her calm when I was the storm. I would shout her name from rooftops if necessary.
Paula is extremely knowledgeable about the market and is very professional. My wife and I were looking for our first house, and she helped us find our dream starter home and a perfect location in the Tampa metro area. Since it was our first time moving into a house, we didnt know too much and definitely needed help. Paula took care of us the entire way and facilitated the whole move. In fact, she did pretty much all of the paper work, setting up inspections, contacting insurance, our lender, etc., and she made the whole process very smooth and not stressful.
