We've bought and sold a lot of houses- both personal and investment. Paula is the best of the best. In this case, we live a half a country away and our biggest worry was getting the utilities turned off in time for extremely fast sale and closing. Before putting it on the market, our house needed work by various trades. I purchased some of the supplies and had them delivered to Paula's house. She took care of the rest. It was clear that Paula has a background in marketing. We had never had a house marketed so professionally and utilizing so many channels to market. It worked! Our house got tons of activity, sold very quickly and closed even faster. Needless to say, Paula is an All-Star!

Paula spent a lot of time helping me to find my new home. She even paid for a year of a homeowners warranty for me! However, and this has nothing to do with Paula but, I wasn't impressed with the home inspectors. Both toilet tanks needed to be rebuilt due to chlorine tablets being used in the tanks by the previous owners. Anyone inspecting the plumbing should have been able to see the chlorine tabs and rusted parts right away but, apparently didn't look in the toilet tanks. Paula paid a plumber to rebuild the tanks, not a big deal. Secondly, and here's what really concerns me, there's dry rot on the front porch bottom railing but was never put in the report. While the toilet issue was minor I know from past experience that the railing is not, and is going to be an expensive repair. There should be no reason it wasn't discovered and in the report. This concerns me. If the dry rot on the front porch wasn't noted on the ground level inspection I worry where there might be more in the harder to access areas.
Paula has earned our highest recommendation. She is knowledgeable, honest, and prompt with every task. Any questions were addressed immediately, and the entire process was smooth. Paula is just fantastic to work with.
My great uncle planned to fly out from Michigan to look at homes in Prescott Valley for a single day, but doesn't use the internet, texting or emails. After learning what he wanted, Paula printed out and sent him all the information by mail for the perfect house, which he immediately put an offer on once seeing.
