What wonderful Lady Paula is! She is diligent and very responsive to our needs and questions and she has attentive follow through with the sale. She helped us with every step along the way. We had a unique situation with our home..... We retired and decided to remodel on our home so we could sell and downsize from our 3,100 sq. ft. 4 bed room 3 bath home with a pool on 2.5 acres that sported all the horse amenities you could want, XL garden and the Wild-Wild-West Chicken house and 250 Sq. Ft. green house. Not long into the remodel we found a catastrophic structural failure which resulted in us removing over 1/3 of bountiful home (the middle 1/3) and we were left with two free standing parts to our home. We exhausted our remodeling and savings resources with the law suites and demolition. We did prevail in court but the Judge could not award us monetary compensation because of the California statute of limitations. We were stuck! To rebuild would put us in debt and take quite some time. So... we called Paula and asked if it was possible to sell our beloved home as it is (without rebuilding). She said Absolutely "Yes". My husband and I were shocked it was even possible to sell 2/3 of a house. Paula Worked diligently and showed our “Super Fix-R-Up-R” dozens of times to find the perfect fit for this particular situation and she did. When the property closed, we came close to break even, which is saying a lot!! The New family got an amazing deal on a Dimond in the rough. There was no doubt it was a difficult sale but it ended in a Win-Win for everyone involved. I would use Paula again to buy or sell a home and we have recommended her to our closest friends. Our experience with Paula started with my son buying a house through Paula and he intern gave us a recommendation of using her to sell our home. Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding .
