I found Paula from an ad on television about finding the best realtor in your area. I filled in the form on line on Saturday night and the next morning, Sunday, Paula was the first to call. She met with me that afternoon to see the house. I liked her knowledge of the area and her enthusiasm. She is high energy. She is definitely your advocate. She works well with other realtors in the area. Within a fairly short time she had an offer. She worked with the other realtor and me to complete the deal. Since I was going to have surgery the day of closing she set everything up in Tucson for us to sign the day before and met us there. She even stopped by after my surgery to check on me and brought me dinner and flowers. Paula is a caring, helpful, sincere person. She keeps in touch even after the sale. She was always available by phone even when on a vacation. I feel that I not only found a good realtor but also a friend. As the review criteria says her local knowledge is very impressive, process expertise is masterful, responsiveness is immediate and her negotiation skills are excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use Paula again.

Paula Sindelar from Pepper Realty is dynomite! I am relocating back home and Paula helped me get the property I fell in love with and I basically only needed to sign. She took care of all of the communication with the seller and saved me tuns of stress. She had to deal with this property having had a home on it previously which was burnt down from the last major fire. She insured through demands to make sure all services like well, sewer and electric were in good shape. The owner had to comply to her demands since they advertised this property to have those services. She saved me a lot of money and head aches by jumping in and taking control.
