Being out of state during the sale, Paula help us and made the process easy. She guided us thru each step, pre-sell, pricing, and closing, and communicated with us through out everything. The house closed in 30 days for a very fair price. She is the best, I would use her again in a heartbeat!
Once we arrived at a price that Paula and her assistant Evelyn would work with, the sale began to progress. They both worked very well at the end to complete the sale and worked very well with the buyer's agent. These ladies do know their real estate.
