I have witnessed two sales by Paula. One of a good friends property as well as our property. Both were unbelievably quick sales. My friends home sold in 3 days and ours sold the first day on the market for above asking price. Her advice and help on sale prep, and pre-listing prep was extremely helpful. I knew the sales market was hot and figured the quick sales were due to that, but after seeing several homes around me that have sat the on market for weeks, I realize how well she marketed both homes and have no problem recommending her, and most likely will, to anyone I know selling their home.

Paula was able to step in and assist with various tasks that helped me make the most of my sale. She knew the area, best practices to maximize interest and showings and even provided addl vendor info so that I was able to make a few improvements at minimal cost to increase the appeal.

Paula is very knowledgeable on the market and advised with any changes but also let us make our own decisions. She worked hard finding the right buyer for our home. She continues to check in on us and see how we are doing.

Paula is the most helpful agent I have ever met. She researched the market, made helpful suggestions, checked on our property and kept us apprised of everything going on, as we did not live nearby during the sale. She showed the property, often, advertised it appropriately, and went above and beyond to help us with repairs/upkeep.
