We were purchasing from out-of-state. She helped get us focused on what types of property we were looking at, did her homework, and arranged for us to see many properties meeting our specifications within a short window of time. Certainly, she put in the time and focus to give us the best look at the properties in the local market meeting our desired requirements. Being from out-of-state, we needed someone who not only knew the local rules, but also what to expect as we negotiated, contracted and closed on the property that we purchased. She was extremely helpful in this area as well, and provided a lot of data to help us formulate our offer and reach agreement on purchase. We felt well represented and well advised by Paula in the purchase process. Paula was also extremely responsive regardless of the time of day, particularly important given the time difference from our then-existing residence.
