Paula is a great realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate industry. She was able to answer all our questions and help us every step of the way.

Paula is great to work with. I was looking for a very specific type of property in a large geographical area. Those properties sold with in a few hours of being on the market. She carefully monitored new listings and sent me alerts with in minutes of being listed. Bless her heart, but I had her dropping everything to run all over tarnation with me. She has such a great attitude and made me giggle. Buying or selling a house is stressful and frustrating. It was a pleasure doing it with her and I had some fun along the way. She is a great resource for finding what you need and figuring out what things are going to cost. I was a little surprised to see just how many unprofessional realtors there are out there these days. Paula Cole is not one of them. She is one of the good ones.

Paula had my best interest in mind at all times! She made sure I fully understood everything and took time to explain things to me. She was also available any time I called with a question. I feel confident she would not have allowed me to make a poor decision in the process! Her service to me was not financially driven, but truly just making sure I was completely protected as the seller and fully understood everything.

The house sold very fast. Paula handled every facet of sale. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She takes all the head ache out of it! Excellent!!!!!!!!!!
