As a first time home buyer, Paula was great to work with. Despite looking for a home in locations outside her normal purview, she kept an eye out for homes that met our criteria. With her knowledge, she was quick to point out problems or concerns with a property as well as positives of the property. She even took the time to show us some homes that were pretty far out from where she normally is. This was greatly appreciated despite all of those prospective properties being disappointments upon the visits. She did not provide any pressure in selecting or purchasing a home. She provided her honest opinion on questions such as pricing and thoughts of the property visited. She provided solid recommendations when it came to inspectors and lenders. She was relatively quick to respond to questions and was patient with me throughout the process despite working with other clients. Going through the process of finding a purchasing a home is a stressful process with some disappointments, but it was great to have someone like Paula to rely on. Paula never made any assumptions regarding the type of home that would be best for me. She encouraged me to look at all options within my price range and preferred geographic areas.
