This one does not read the details! Sent me several requests for a signature on a quick cash close over an iPhone connection while I was on the road. Messages read "please sign" and return. She never called out any changes to the contract? The changes were caught by closing attorney 2 days before closing. additional cost to me was several thousands of dollars.
