We asked Paula to show us a house that needed help. We debated what our offer would be and with Paula's guidence, made an offer that didn't offend the seller. Inspections revealed a number of required repairs which the seller didn't want to do. The sellers offered a credit to be releaved of the obligation to make repairs.. Paula regotiated an additonal 50% in the amount. She also had a list of contractors who would be available to do the work.
