This is the eighth home purchase I have made over the years. Paula is the best agent I have ever worked with. She came highly recommended by a close friend and lived up to all expectations. Paula gave excellent advise on comps, suggested purchase price and negotiations. The seller was a bit difficult, but Paula was extremely professional and patient in representing our proposal. She kept us informed at all times and answered calls/texts immediately. I would highly recommend Paula for all real estate needs and look forward to continuing our relationship that evolved from a professional one into a friendship.
