I had the best experience with Paula, her dedication and patience to find the property that I would like was spectacular, always willing to solve all problems and adapted to my requirements. In addition to being a wonderful person and very professional.
We do appreciate all the help and support we received from Paula. She is a very knowledgeable professional. She made the purchasing process of our home flawless and helped us substantially renegotiating the selling price with the seller. This was a deciding factor for us not to look elsewhere. I certainly would recommend her to all my friends and family.
Paula wasn't just a great real estate agent, she was a true partner. Invested 100% in the process, her commitment to make it happen - from selecting the unit to the very last document signature - was crucial during the up and down moments of the negotiation phase and the escrow period. In a city like Miami, where the service industry lacks professionalism, Paula Flores is an outlier. Always on time, always reachable and ready to answer the million questions we had. A true, fortunate exception. We're lucky to had her working with us.
I think Paula Flores she is a the best in your company .I am a flight attendant for American Airlines and I will refer Paula Flores for all my friends and coworkers .I am so happy with her service.
Paula did a fabulous job selling our home in Surfiside. She brought in an interior decorator to stage the home, personally passed out flyers personally in the neighborhood, did a lot of social media promotion and the end result was that the house sold at asking price, with multiple offers, in less than a week. What more could we ask for??!!
Paula has 1 property for sale and sold 6 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
