Very knowledgeable on abstracts and easements. I would have had to pay a lawyer money to do something that was already done if Paula hadn’t been on top of it.
Paula was fantastic to have as an agent. She is very personable and engaging, along with a wealth of knowledge. She protected our interests and kept us informed throughout the whole process of selling our home. This is the 2nd time we have used her, once to buy and once to sell. We would recommend her (and often do) to others as well as use her for any future real estate transactions.
We are so happy with our decision to use Paula to help us sell our home. She was receptive to our concerns, represented us professionally in the negotiations and eliminated most of the stress in the sale. We highly recommend Paula and would use her services again if the need arises.
Paula has 16 properties for sale and sold 26 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
