Recently we used Paula’s services for purchasing a home-site parcel in the Traverse City area. And we are glad we did. Once we decided to make an offer, she made the whole process a very pleasant experience. Through her guidance, all paperwork signatures were done electronically. We never had to leave our home throughout the whole process. She has also recommended local builders and architects.

Paula was great. She answered all my questions anytime day or night. She always kept an eye out for what she thought we would like. It seems like she gets along with a lot people. Paula gave us a small town feeling when ever we had questions. For an example she would say I know a person that could fix that.i would recommend her service to anyone house shopping.
