We can't recommend Paula highly enough

We can't recommend Paula highly enough. As an out-of-town family relocating from LA to Austin, we relied on her completely-and she delivered far beyond what we expected. Over a six-month search, Paula took the time to help us understand Austin itself: the different neighborhoods, what each offered, and how they'd fit our family. She showed us a huge range of homes across many neighborhoods and price points, never rushing us and always patient as we figured out what we wanted. What set Paula apart was how she went above and beyond for buyers who weren't local. She visited a house with contractors to assess the work flagged in our inspection, offered to be our "remote hands" while we were still in LA, and consistently made herself available to handle the things we couldn't from a distance. Her recommendations - on neighborhoods, vendors, and the process generally - were thoughtful and genuinely helpful. Paula made a complex, long-distance move feel manageable. If you're buying in Austin, especially from out of town, you're in excellent hands.
