After 35 years in our much loved home we asked Paula Clarke of Paula Clarke Team, Coldwell Banker, in Hillsdale to make recommendations of what we should update/paint/repair in our home prior to putting it on the market. We were happy to have the advice of a professional and we managed to make the changes at our leisure. Meanwhile, we purchased our new home. Putting our home up for sale in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic was no easy feat. With no Open Houses being held and potential buyers viewing the sale via the web Paula advised us she would stage our house to promote the property. Paula was with us every step of the way making suggestions and recommendations. We sold our house not once but twice as the first sale fell through. We are grateful to Paula for all she did to help us through the Sale and to find the right buyers.
