Working with Paula is great, and it's true. Paula knows her market and is non-stop so once you get started things will move pretty fast, even if you think nothing is happening, you will not see delays from her. You'll be searching the MLS quickly and see accurate property statuses so you don't feel too bad about that place you saw on realtor or zillow only to find it's contingent or already sold. Find a place, email, call or text her and tours to view properties were setup very fast. Ask questions, ask an opinion, ask if there are any questions you didn't ask that she can help with to assist with your thinking and decision making process. You'll get practical feedback you expect from a fiduciary to make that offer. You don't work nights? She does and when information is available you'll get it, like a text, evening phone call or email for a document review and electronic signatures, or a keep you informed follow up. Paula provided excellent resources for lenders, insurance agents, and inspections that were easy to work with and get results. Purchasing a home was a big decision for me and Paula made the process very easy and comfortable to complete.

As out of town buyers Paulas knowledge of the community and willingness to work with our tight window of availability was wonderful. She is an excellent realtor and an equally wonderful human being. I cannot have imagined what our home buying experience would have been with out her. Paula is on top of everything and had our best interest at heart, making suggestions that saved us money and kept us from trouble down the road.
