I had one of the speediest offer to ownership in the area with a kind and timely realtor,.
We looked at homes for about two weeks, and I put an offer on one. We were able to secure the pending sale within a day below asking price. We were able to close in less then a month. Paula was able to help the buyer side move along, so I could own my home quickly. Thank you, Paula!
