After each viewing she would let me know any feedback that prospective buyers had. She always put me and my needs and interest first. She was concerned about my wellbeing. She was excellent with communication. I knew what was going on at all times. She had services to help clean and repair the house. She made selling a house in Pennsylvania from Colorado very easy. She was more concerned. She is incredible and I am blessed to have found her.

I was first introduced to Paula by way of friends (BnB owners) within the local community (western, PA). Her warm personality helped establish a bond of friendship on our quest to find a small farm. Having looked elsewhere, I was pleasantly surprised when the second property she found was a perfect fit; six acres of land (within budget) provides room for animals to graze, an orchard to grow, and still have tillable acreage left over. Did I mention the creek? She then connected us to her network to help with the financial aspects of the deal. Our first attempt was by way of the VA loan, which established a lower limit on the property value. She then introduced us to another financier that opened the door to a conventional loan, much to the satisfaction of the seller. This conventional appraisal came right in line with our expectations. With property ownership there are additional responsibilities to be carried. The titling process ensures the property is free from any legal entanglements AND properly defines the boundaries to keep neighborly relations neighborly. And finally, there was the insurance component which protects the homeowner directly from most perils and indirectly protects the lender’s investment. Fortunately, both parties were able to seamlessly transition to the conventional lender with Paula’s guidance. Had our chosen property been relatively modern, this would have been the end of our story. The required basement repairs (modernize foundation drainage) took longer than expected; which in turn postponed the appraisal process by the lender. Paula remained at the center of this activity keeping all the players informed as we moved forward to closing. What I found to be so amazing about Paula was her ability to manage the details and present them in a way that let the facts speak for themselves. It’s easy to be the messenger with good news… I am thankful Paula was there to guide us…She is a great ambassador for this community.
