It was a joy working with Paula Biddle. We were extremely pleased with Paula’s professionalism, her knowledge, and her attitude throughout the sale of our home. She developed a most effective strategy using social media as well as more traditional methods. We were kept informed of what was happening from listing to closing, and she never missed an opportunity to be encouraging along the way. We closed at the outset of the COVID-19 closures, and Paula worked tirelessly with the title company to expedite the closing process to make sure that we were able to move in time. We are thankful for Paula’s efforts and effectiveness in selling our home. We have recommended her to friends and will gladly do so again. If I were in the position of selling or buying a home in Blair County, I would not hesitate to call Paula.
