We got her name from a friend. We came down to Florida (from Texas) on the weekend to see a house after she gave us a virtual tour, which during the tour we already noticed Paula is well beyond your regular realtor by her willingness to go above and beyond to make the experience great and save you time and money. The house we came down to see did not work out and the time window we had with Paula was a couple of hours since she had private affairs to attend to. Paula went over and above working to sell my home with a smile at all times. Worked hard on open houses, advertising to promote the sale. When I found the market for over $400,000.00 properties was a bit more challenging, I decided to rent my home out instead of selling.
