I can’t recommend Paula Otero enough. My mom lives in Palm Greens, so I know the area and found Paula online. I reached out to her and said that I wanted a specific type of condo with high ceilings “only” and not to show me anything else. A few months later she sent me to a link with the exact condo I wanted (I had been looking casually at units for years) so while I was still in NYC, I asked my mom and her friend to view it with Paula and they loved it. I placed a bid on it there and there were a few bumps on the road to closing with another buyer but Paula was rooting for my mom and I and her instincts and professionalism were on point, effective and allowed me to purchase the perfect condo for my mom. Together with my lender Brian Colon from Supreme Lending and Victoria Velez of Title Partners this team made this purchase (my first) so smooth and wonderful. I have already recommended Paula to my cousin who is looking to purchase my area and can only sing her high praises! I am not one to give shallow compliments as I’m a reasonably tough New Yorker, negotiator and have worked in sales for most of my life. That said, if you want a great real estate professional, with integrity and someone who is responsive nights and weekends but will most importantly do everything she can to get you what you want in a transaction—I highly recommend Paula Otero.
