Paula helped me with the sale of my inherited property during a very difficult time. From the beginning, she was the perfect business partner; she moved at my pace and was there in a second when I had any questions. At the start, when she noticed I was having concerns cleaning the property out, she recommended professionals that were hugely helpful. She then knew exactly what needed to be done to attract buyers. She educated me along the way and took my calls every time, at any time. Paula knows how stressful the sale process can be and runs defense for her clients in such a calm, professional way that I never felt overwhelmed. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every bit of the process and made me very confident during the whole transaction.
