Paul Walter is a down to earth individual with an extensive knowledge of the Des Moines metro area. His knowledge is quite substantial due to his attention to detail, being active in the local community, and his many years of being a resident. Throughout our process, he was very concerned in where we were looking and what our needs were as a family. We spent many months driving in from Western Central Illinois and he was more than glad to go out of his way in order to accommodate our limited schedule and time. He was very knowledgeable in what the idiosyncrasy of each individual neighborhoods were, good or bad. The process we went through to attain a house in the Des Moines area was unique and he was there for every step. I am glad he was there and I would highly recommend him for you real estate needs.
