I met Paul when one of his associates was hospitalized. I had specific wants and needs all based on VA loan amount approval. He worked with me on all aspects of first finding a home (48 homes we looked at ) His knowledge about what I actually qualified for and the VA would actually finance was huge. We settled on one house and a day before closing the VA underwriters backed out of the deal, Paul immediately found conventional financing which in the end only delayed the final closing by about two weeks.
