Where do I begin. Working with Paul was great. He always responded immediately. Even during covid he managed to show us multiple homes and guide us on the entire process. When we found a property we wanted he advised us on what to offer and in the extremely competitive market of Los Angeles County was able to get our first offer accepted. When our lender couldn't close on time Paul stepped up. He used his considerable knowledge from his years of experience along with his network of contacts to help us close in 2 1/2 weeks from the day he took it on. While this was a moderately priced property for Los Angeles he never once made us feel as we were not a priority. I cannot speak highly enough of Paul's excellent service and highly reccommend him.
