Paul Tran is our go to Realtor! 5 stars does not do Paul justice. He represented me in both buying and selling of my primary residence and his responsiveness and continued efforts to keep me informed at every step of the home buying/selling process sets him apart from the so many other agents out there. Paul brings so much to the table with his experienced network of contractors, home stagers, and other agents. He is consistently keeping the line of communication open and flowing between all parties and is more than willing to go the extra mile which has helped me tremendously. Paul gave great and honest feedback about listing/pricing strategies and even brought staging and professional photography in making sure we received above asking price... in fact we had 9 offers..all above asking price! He is definitely the only one I trust now and going forward whenever it comes to selling or buying my properties!
