Paul was helping me find a two-family home to purchase. We looked for 3 months last year, and feeling as though we had exhausted our search and realizing that I wasn't ready to make this jump, we changed our strategy to find rental. Paul managed to find me a one-bedroom apartment in my desired location. I signed a year lease and we just resumed our search for a place to buy. He was efficient and organized, which was important as I was very pregnant and looking to get settled in a new home before the arrival of our daughter. We decided to buy a foreclosed home, which presented a slew of challenges. Paul worked tirelessly to overcome these obstacles with us, guiding us through the process as seamlessly as possible. He was there every step of the way; always in contact, always supportive, always on top of things, and I am pretty sure I won the Realtor lottery with him!! We have been happily settled in our new home for a year, and it's all thanks to Paul!
