Paul and I originally discussed the sale a year ago, but circumstances kept my house from actually being ready to list until March. Paul took nice photos and wrote an attractive description for the listing. We discussed appropriate pricing and I had a full cash offer within 2 days of it going on the market. . It was "as is' and the buyer didn't ask to add anything. However, their lender wanted the door trim repainted. Paul did that for me. He kept me updated through the escrow process.
