After talking with Paul on the phone long distance from Seattle , these qualities came through to me. Paul was pro-active from the start. He went above and beyond to help us get the house ready to sell. His expertise was an invaluable asset coupled with his positive, warm approach was an unbeatable combo! There were both obvious and hidden issues with the house (unbeknownst to us) which felt insurmountable; but Paul's "can do" approach made a potentially stressful situation as a buyer easier and less fearful. Sorry, not aware of others from this office, although I'm sure Paul had a great and responsive staff supporting him. Top notch!! Since we were partly in town, and partly long distance, it was so valuable to us to know Paul was there for us. He worked to get the best solutions and resolve issues as they came up.
