When it was time to sell our first home we knew what we did/did not want. The agent that helped up buy the first house was lacking in follow up and responsiveness. She did not impress. Paul set a new standard and that bar is now very high. He is quick to respond, honest, and very motivated to help you sell fast for top dollar. His advice on what projects were/were not important made the difference. Our home sold in 10 days for very close to asking. We broke square footage records in the West Ashley area. Paul came to our closing even after having surgery the day before. His wife drove him since he was on pain pills and couldn't safely operate a vehicle. We have since referred him to my husband's parents in buying land in the area. They too are happy working with him. They tell me they appreciate his approach which isn't "salesy". They just feel like he is there to help. I would highly recommend Paul to buyers OR sellers. He's exceptional.
