We had other agents show us the same properties, but none of them were able to answer our questions and new other properties in the area. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for 55 and over community. He made the sale happen
I can't imagine it possible to have a better agent than Paul Solomon. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, available to accommodate and respond to all of my concerns and millions of questions. Being a first time buyer, he and his delightful partner Susan, went above and beyond the call of duty by holding my hand and helping me make decisions on even the periphery details that come up when buying a home that felt overwhelming and daunting. I put my total trust in him, and am now living in my perfect home. I recommend him to everyone, regardless of which side of the buying or selling equation you are on.
Paul has 6 properties for sale and sold 21 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
