What can one say about the dedication of someone who works with you for almost two decades? Someone who is invested in your future? Someone who really cares and treats you like family? A lot has changed for us since we first attempted to enter the market and purchase our first home 17 years ago. The one consistent part of the process was Arlene, who was there at every turn, set back, and final success. From the beginning Arlene was an immense help to two young-ish kids who didn't know very much. Any question we had she was able to answer in a way that was easy to understand. Even more helpful was her ability to bring to our attention questions we did not even know to ask. Her experience really shone through in each and every step of the process.
